They think about what they want, and try to see it and feel it. This is the "feeling" part that raises your vibration and helps you to become a vibrational match to what you want.
For people who find it hard fitting that visualization time into your busy schedule, I have a question for you. How big is your dream? How could you go through an entire day without giving it some thought if it is your passion and it fills you with optimism, hope, and joy?
Maybe you are thinking that you have to set aside a special time, sit in a certain place, quiet your mind, and focus. That can work as well, but if that becomes tedious or an extra process that you have to find the time to do, then that isn't the way that you should go about it.
Many times in a day you can visualize your dream, and raise your vibration dramatically. Remember that your feelings are the best indicator of your vibration. Your goal is to feel good, and to choose and focus on the best feeling thought that you can access at the time.
For me, oftentimes the best feeling thought I can reach is the one about the creation that I know is unfolding for me. My dream is so big, that I think about it often.
I'm not sitting in my "meditation space" trying to think about it most of the times, but instead, I'm thinking and dreaming about it all through my day. You are on the right track as you are staring out the window and daydreaming during class or work!
Your vibrational frequency changes all through your day as you think about and perceive situations. You want to be a conscious creator and intentionally direct your thoughts and feelings to what it is you are wanting.
Focus on things that inspire, motivate and encourage you in the direction of your dreams. Daydream about all the things that you have asked for and that are now a reality in your "vibrational escrow".
Spend time focused on the feeling of having your creation, and do it many times all through your day.
Let your current reality be the "reason" to shift your thoughts, as you focus on what you prefer. As you do, you will raise your vibration and gain access to better feeling thoughts and inspired action steps.
Your dominant vibration will be higher, and you'll begin to see evidence of your manifestations, which in turn will fill you with excitement and a greater belief in your ability to create.
It's an amazing unfolding that should be happening in your life. We sometimes get off track by our constant attention on our current reality and forgetting that we have the power to create the life of our dreams.

You can maximize the law of attraction for a positive effect in your life by using the power of visualization. Visualization involves seeing yourself experiencing your desire in your imagination.
You do this to create a consciousness that you can achieve your desire. Visualization is the most direct route to create a wealth consciousness if your desire is for wealth.
Relaxation
You need to relax so that you can focus your mental energy. Calm your mind from mental turbulence. You can quite you wandering mind by doing a simple breathing exercise. Do this by taking deep breathes and keep observing the in and outflow of breath through your system.

When you are calm, focus your attention on your desire. See it on the screen of your mind as if it happening on the physical plane. See yourself experiencing your desire. Pay attention to as much detail as possible. See the environment you would be in and the people who would there. Make the image as vivid as possible.
Emotionalise
Emotionalize the experience by bringing into your imagination all the emotional feelings you would have. Feel the mood in your environment. Feel the joy, the pride, the contentment, the gratitude and all the emotions you would have if it was real.
Certainty
Develop a sense of belief and certainty that your desire is being fulfilled. When you are visualizing and thinking about your desire, you are impressing upon the universal mind, and with positive energy, in return, the universal power sends back to you things and circumstances of matching vibration. Thus when you are visualizing know for sure that you are activating the law of attraction for the achievement of your goal.
When you start visualizing things make sure that you don't consider it a chore. Make sure you are doing it because you want too. You shouldn't go into these exercises thinking that they are something that you have to do. Your visualization sessions should be something that you want to do.
Many people start to doubt the process and the process starts to become an annoyance. You have to have faith that the process will work, it makes the process more enjoyable. To change your thinking and behavior, you have to practice. It may be hard at first but it only gets easier.
As in everything that you learn, you have to stick with figuring out how to manipulate the Law of Attraction and Visualization. New thoughts and behaviors take time, they never start working instantly. The only way you will maintain this process is to work with it and give it attention every day. Otherwise, you will not be able to manifest your desires.
